株式会社インフォアイ ("we") sets out below how user information is handled in the business card app "BIZCARDS by KIRIKOM PLUS" (the "App").
1. Who the App is for
This app is used with accounts issued by organizations that have a KIRIKOM PLUS contract (the "Subscriber"). Card information is stored in the Subscriber's KIRIKOM PLUS and handled under the Subscriber's control.
2. Information we collect
- Account information (name and email address).
- If you sign in with Apple (Sign in with Apple), the user identifier sent by Apple and the email address confirmed by Apple (if you choose “Hide My Email”, the address that Apple forwards to you). We use them to sign you in and to end the connection with Apple when you delete your account.
- Images of business cards you scan or enter, and their contents (company, name, contact details, etc.).
- The contents of "My card" that you enter.
- Meeting memos, follow-up reminders and tags that you enter. When you tap "Add location" on a memo, the location at that moment (latitude and longitude) is saved with the memo.
- Device information (device type, device name, app version, IP address and last use), used to prevent misuse and for the "Signed-in devices" list.
- If you allow notifications, the push notification address of your device (a per-device identifier).
Location is obtained only when you tap "Add location" on a memo. The App does not read the contacts (address book) on your device, and reads only the photos you choose. The face or fingerprint lock of the App is checked by your device, and the App receives only the result (no biometric data is collected). Voice input is a feature of the keyboard; the App does not receive audio. We do not track you for advertising or share activity data with other companies’ services.
3. How we use it
- To let you view, search, edit and add business cards.
- To read the text on business card images and add them to your card list.
- To send push notifications (card reading finished, changes to confirm, follow-up reminders).
- To prevent unauthorized access and to respond to inquiries.
4. Sharing with outside services
We use Google LLC’s generative AI (Gemini API) to read the text on business card images, and send the images to Google for that purpose. What we send is handled under Google’s Gemini API terms.
Push notifications are delivered through the notification services of Apple Inc. (iPhone) or Google LLC (Android). They contain only minimal content such as counts, never the names or companies of the people on the cards.
Other than the above, we do not provide information to third parties without the consent of the Subscriber, except as required by law.
5. Storage and deletion
Information handled with a company account is stored on servers we manage for as long as the Subscriber’s KIRIKOM PLUS contract continues. To request deletion or disclosure, contact the Subscriber’s administrator or us at the address below.
Records of emails sent and logins (kept to investigate misuse) are kept for one year after the account is deleted; after that, the email address and similar details are removed.
The device stores your login state and the information needed to show the screens (including "My card"), a copy of the card book for viewing offline (encrypted; without card images and memos), and images of cards waiting to be sent while offline. When you log out, these are removed from the device. Logins that are not used for 30 days are automatically disabled.
